We will endeavour to get your BluesStorm Merchandise out to you as quickly as possible, this will normally be within 48hrs of purchase but please be aware that the website & the shop are run by the band, if we’re out on tour there may be a delay but we will do our best to prevent this where at all possible.

Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to make sure it’s of the best quality you were expecting, in the unlikely event that there is a defect please contact us immediately via email: bandshop@bluesstorm.co.uk and we will look into resolving the problem as quickly as possible, please note that refunds will only be given for defective merchandise, i.e. something that is damaged/broken or not working in the case of a CD. You must contact us with 72 hours of receipt of your merchandise to inform us of any defects.

Please be aware that we cannot accept refunds on items of clothing that have been worn, if your unsure of sizing then please ask us before ordering.
